Chef ElizaBeth began cooking and baking with her Mother and Grandmother from a very young age and her family’s back and front yard gardens provided the ‘Farm to Table’ connection early on. Her love of growing food and creating delicious dishes expanded into the fields of Botany, Biology, Chemistry and Nutrition. The fascinating and magical process of Photosynthesis, and the similarity of the molecule of green chlorophyll to the molecule of hemoglobin in human red blood cells, ignited a great passion for just how important green foods are to human health. After completing her studies in the Bauman College Nutrition Educator and Consultant programs, she returned to the kitchen, completing the Natural Chef and Culinary Arts program at Bauman College and began her personal chef business, Magnificent Meals!
Chef ElizaBeth is committed to and passionate about using the highest quality ingredients, with a focus on Seasonal, Organic, Unrefined and Local (SOUL) foods in her cooking. She consciously selects organic fruits and vegetables and free-range, pastured, grass-fed and sustainably raised poultry, beef, pork and seafood when available.
Being a former middle school Life Science teacher, Chef ElizaBeth also teaches cooking, nutrition and health to children, families and adults. She brings her background in science and education, along with her passion for increasing health and healing through food, to all beings and the planet.
